I'm Andres Monroy Urrego — a revenue operations consultant, entrepreneur, and founding partner at OnlyDo Events, based in London.

Over the past decade, I've worn every hat in the sales organisation — individual contributor, frontline manager, VP, and advisor. I've led clients to 25M+ in recurring revenue and built sales teams from 5 to 120+ employees in just two years.

But the biggest lesson I learned wasn't about sales tactics. It was about teams.

The companies that win don't have better strategies — they have better teams executing those strategies. And the teams that win? They're built like elite sports teams: with intention, structure, coaching, and a culture that compounds.

That's why I founded OnlyDo Events. I use the strategies that build championship-winning sports dynasties and apply them to business. The Dream Team Framework, the E3 methodology, the Head Coach model — these aren't theories. They're operating systems for leaders who want to stop doing everything themselves and start building something that scales.

My background spans the University of Barcelona and Cambridge Judge Business School. I'm a fan of classical music, travel, and innovation. I'm Colombian-born, London-based, and I believe every founder deserves a team that makes them redundant in the best possible way.
